Greetings,

'Nother short one this week. Hope it's not because
folks have no power due to the ice storms. Snow I like,
this ice stuff...this I don't like.

The BB2K calendar now has a page to make it a little
easier to get too. Go to the 'ArcLight' page of the site,
then click on the link labeled 'ArcLight' at the bottom
of the page. Since this is a small gift for the Mailing
List folks, I thought I'd be a little sneaky with it.

Later...
ArcLight

Hey World Watchers,
I need your favorite quotes from the movie. Xena and I are working on a BB
quote generator. Xena has the code I am trying to get some quotes. So
please show your support and give us some quotes.
Thanks,
Topher

I already have them written, the entire crew and team. Bween using them in my
ongoing tabletop chronicle for two years now.

If you want info let me know

Weird Ideas bound from GABBs. Really they do, y'all should try to
stop by and see the fun.
Last night while confussion and chaos were in force some of the
GABBers pushed an old idea that I thought was well bad... up, so I
digress.
But here's the idea which got some cheers last night.
I know a guy in Canada who's doing a small chat related convention
and last year mentioned he wished he had more attend. Mostly to get
better rates, and well drive the serving staff at the local eating
establishments nuts.
My Canadian contact who we shall refer to as "Mr. Beer" is planning a
third romp in Toronto. I'm right now just trying to see who'd be
interested in going to Toronto and well see the sites and take over a
pub for a weekend?
IF Reponse is good I may be able to talk Mr. Beer in to teaming up
and jointly getting rooms at the hotel, so Far it seems that it will
be the same hotel as last year. The where is pretty much set just the
when isn't, might not be for the immediate future either.
Basic Idea of this is, a bunch of BBI in a pub in Toronto? Can't get
any better then that huh?
IF you are interested in this. Please do not be shy about it.
I can show the hotel's website so you know where it's at and help you
decide on going.

please let me know if your interested in this.
Thanks

I have BUTTONS! That's the 'new jetcar' design that I
came up with and feature on the front pages of
team-banzai.net.
All you have to do to get one of these beauties is go and
register for BBcon and send my an sase, it's that easy.
BTW, the BBcon page at my site is a temporary one for you to register
at. BBI RallyV is working on the official web site for the online
convention and with luck and time will be able to make it public in
several weeks.

The Gabbs are going very well and we will be continuing them next week.
I was going to suggest me move to the new private chat room that we have
set up but I think I'll check with tech support (BBI RallyV) and make
sure everything is ready first. She's busy watching The Game and I can't
go and make sure all's fine and dandy.

Gabb info at the bottom of this post.

BBI Downtown from Oz. I understand your feelings about the TV series.
Your comment from last issue; "would that chemistry be there?" is a
legitimate concern.
Rest assured that from all that I have read and personally 'heard' about
the pilot script the 'chemistry' is intact. Of course we are talking
about new actors and a different medium, film vs. TV. Personally forum
is not important as long as the content is there. And like I just said,
the content IS there.

Catch you all next week. Go visit team-banzai.net this week and explore,
there are nearly 60 pages to look over so you will likely have to go
back again and again, oh darn.
As always, I encourage contributions to this site.

A random novel quote: Xan talking on the phone to Lizardo -
"I laughed in you face. I called you a simpleton, and I found your story
about coming from outer space through a brick wall patently absurd."

GABB info:
We will be at: http://home.talkcity.com/

Wednesday February 2nd, evening 6 PM PST/9 PM EST
and,
Saturday February 5th, morning 9 AM PST/12 PM EST

Once you get to the above site the instructions are:
Click on "chat" on the black strip near the top of the front page.
Then go to "If you already know the room you want to chat in?
Enter here:", type in "BUCKAROO" (all caps) and click on "Go!"
From there you'll have to type in a user name in the "not a member yet"
area.
This site won't like "BBI(space) your name" as a user name. So I suggest
that you use a "-" between "BBI" and your name (like "BBI-Dragon") or
just use your name alone. Some servers do not like the "-" between "BBI"
& name".
You'll just have to find out what works for you.
Then click on "chat".

Chats will last for around two hours.
Come and join in on the fun!
